Apple Cider Vinegar Diaries

Welcome to the world of the Apple Cider Vinegar Diaries (ACVD) and friends.   The ACVD has been running for a few years and was my first attempt to get my message  out there to many about healthy living and  sobriety.  Of course, Instagram and the likes are awash with quality self help pages and voila, here is another one.  The ACVD page works well with the upcoming sobercoachashman instagram page and i hope you enjoy it.  The likelihood is that the newer page will get more of my attention in regards to sobriety but for other health tips and news you can always check out ACVD.

The other links here are for other projects I am involved in, including a pub in Paris (The Pub) which had been in the pipeline for a number of years prior to my sobriety.   The project went ahead despite ditching the booze and although I didn't take such a large role in The Pub, I am involved in organising sporting events, open mic nights and all the alcohol-free options which we are increasingly adding to The Pub.

Ashman Hospitality is my other company which offers graphics, social media help, hospitality solutions and advice and has a number of clients including The Pub, Paris.
