This Privacy Policy describes how sobercoachashman.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.
We are sobercoachashman. An organisation that provides support and coaching to people who want to change their relationship with alcohol. Sobercoachashman is run by Darren Ashman, who is the sole proprietor of the business.
This policy covers information and data that you provide to us either by completing online forms on our web site or booking system, or given verbally to us during any subsequent conversations and consultations.

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information about an identifiable individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. Device information
Purpose of collection: to load the site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on site usage to optimise our site
Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our site using cookies,- and log files.
Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
Customer support information - purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
We keep notes for clients who engage in free consultations and 1:1 work. All of these notes are kept electronically and stored on a secure platform using complex passwords. We do not share these notes with anyone.
We have a policy of retaining these records for 2 years from the date of the last consultation after which they are automatically destroyed.

2. Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
