Sober Coach
Is it time to work on your relationship with alcohol?
Have you ever wondered if maybe you were drinking too much?
Have you started to have just one more, way too often on a 'school night'?
Have you started drinking slightly too much even before you go out?
Have you started waking up at 3am with regret and fear, dehydrated and struggling to get back to sleep?
Equally, have you woken in the morning with the same feelings of regret, sadness or even no memory of the night beofre?
Have friends commented on your changing moods?
Are you managing to navigate the world of work, family life and all that comes with busy lifestyles but always fall back on a few drinks way too often to supposedly calm and de-stress yourself
Do you plan at some point before lunchtime what you will be drinking later in the day and at whattime it might be aceptable to have that first drink whatever it may be?
Are you envious of people who can have just one drink and then stop?
Do you worry about the last glass of wine being not quite enough?
My name is Darren Ashman, I am 50 years old and i live in Paris. My story is on the next page and my wish is to be able to help people realise the many joys of being sober and finding yourself throught the haze and fog that you have built up around you. My background is in the hospitality sector, so I have seen some things I can tell you!
My aim and desire is to educate the world and to show people what they can achieve if they eliminate alcohol from their lives. My goal is to help people who are in the middle lane of drinking, not those who are rock bottom because they need a different type of care. I want to help people similar to me, people I can relate to and for that reason I focus on helping men and women aged from 40-60 years old who need to see the other side without alcohol.
so?

Alcohol can be a massive hinderance and a life blocker and so many people are not aware that it is this ONE factor that needs to be eliminated from their lives for them to start a chain of events which can lead to so many life improvements in regards to focus, nutrition, exercise, well-being, clarity and being successful professionally and personally.
I would like to help you realise your full potential by helping you quit the booze and staying sober.
Having been a restaurant manager, a wine consultant, head chef and a barman, I obviously understand the stresses and pressure of this industry and can lend my hand of support to people working in this sector with a greater understanding and compassion.
